Key Responsibilities:

1. Crop Maintenance:
   • Planting, watering, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules.
   • Weeding, pruning, and applying fertilizers or pesticides as directed.
   • Operating and maintaining farm equipment such as tractors, plows, and irrigation systems.
2. Livestock Care:
   • Feeding and watering animals, and ensuring their overall well-being.
   • Cleaning and maintaining animal housing and facilities.
   • Assisting with breeding, birthing, and health treatments under supervision.
3. General Maintenance:
   • Repairing fences, gates, and other structures as needed.
   • Cleaning and maintaining farm buildings and equipment.
   • Assisting with construction projects and installations on the farm.
4. Harvesting and Packing:
   • Participating in the harvest of crops and sorting them for quality.
   • Packing produce for storage or shipment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
   • Loading and unloading trucks and shipments.
5. Compliance and Safety:
   • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
   • Following farm procedures and guidelines for sustainable farming practices.
   • Keeping accurate records of tasks performed and any issues encountered.
