Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation of Agricultural Machinery:
   • Operate tractors and other farm equipment to plow, plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farm schedules.
   • Perform tasks such as tilling soil, seeding, applying fertilizers, and spraying pesticides as directed.
2. Field Maintenance and Preparation:
   • Prepare fields for planting by leveling, irrigating, and ensuring proper drainage.
   • Monitor soil conditions and adjust equipment settings as necessary to optimize crop growth.
3. Livestock Support:
   • Assist with feeding and watering livestock using appropriate machinery.
   • Clean and maintain livestock housing and feeding areas.
4. Equipment Maintenance:
   • Perform routine maintenance on tractors and equipment, including oil changes, greasing, and minor repairs.
   • Keep equipment clean and in good working condition to minimize downtime.
5. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery and handling agricultural chemicals.
   • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment usage and maintenance logs.
