Key Responsibilities:
- Harvest fruits, vegetables, or grains according to farm guidelines.
- Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce for storage or transport.
- Operate and maintain harvesting tools and equipment.
- Load and unload produce safely.
- Monitor crop quality and report any damaged or diseased produce.
- Assist with post-harvest farm clean-up and maintenance.
- Work efficiently in various weather conditions.
- Follow all farm safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy loads, and work long hours outdoors.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of harvesting techniques is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a team.
- Education: No formal education required.
