We are looking for a reliable and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations and ensure the safety of personnel, property, and assets. The ideal candidate will lead a team of security guards, enforce security policies, and respond to emergencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards.
- Train and mentor security personnel on policies, procedures, and emergency response.
- Monitor security operations, including patrolling, access control, and surveillance.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and local regulations.
- Investigate and report security incidents, breaches, and unusual activities.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and disturbances promptly.
- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential risks.
- Maintain records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response teams when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in security, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- License/Certification: Security guard certification or relevant training is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, responsible, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus.
Tasks
- Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
- Prepare and submit progress and other reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Establish work schedules and procedures
